HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION
Updated January 23, 2023
We’ve taken proactive steps to implement health & safety requirements to help support a safe and comfortable experience.
With the evolving nature of the COVID-19 situation, a lot is changing quickly. We are constantly looking at the published guidance from federal, state, and local health authorities and government and trying to make decisions that can accommodate all of our customers and promote a safe gathering. We have made the decision to require approved face coverings for all participants, with the exception of children under the age of two. Verification of vaccination or proof of negative test are not required for admission to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center or PAX East.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Every participant, including attendees, exhibitors, guests and staff, are expected to comply with the health & safety requirements, including, but not limited to:
WEAR AN APPROVED FACE COVERING
Everyone must wear an approved face covering at all times while inside the venue and while attending PAX East. For more details on approved face coverings, please click here.
DAILY HEALTH MONITORING
All participants are asked to review and confirm they are able to comply with the Health & Safety Acknowledgement prior to entering PAX East, including ensuring that they are not currently experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone who is not feeling well or begins to experience symptoms at any time during PAX East should contact and follow the guidance of their physician. No one is permitted entry to PAX East who is not in full compliance with the health & safety requirements and the Health & Safety Acknowledgement.
SANITIZATION AND HYGIENE
ReedPop has worked closely with the BCEC to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC. It is the responsibility of everyone to maintain personal hygiene, including washing your hands frequently.
FOLLOW ALL SIGNAGE AND DIRECTION FROM STAFF
Please adhere to all signage and direction from all staff, including our Safety Ambassadors. We have adjusted our layout and implemented exhibitor recommendations with the wellbeing of our guests in mind. Operational adjustments may occur throughout the event.
